Here’s a breakdown of how I run shop

#1: I never push huge discounts or advertise “free classes”

I am extremely annoyed by ads that focus on “FREE CLASSES”

It’s the same story when you see brands that write “from XY euros per month”, and everyone knows that this is the price for 36 installments -.-

Yes, you and I know that it “works”, but even when it “works” you have to work twice as hard to turn the people who come to the dance class into paid beginners.

Awful, right?

Bad offers attract bad people.

The offer has to be good, but that doesn’t mean taking the route of minimum resistance.

#2: I bring qualified leads who know your prices and want to dance.

Ok what do I mean by this:

Every inquiry and call generated by my ads will be PROPERLY prequalified by showing the intro deal price and asking the right questions:

Do they have a partner?
What’s the #1 reason they want to start dancing?
What dance style are they interested in the most?
Have they ever danced before?

Why should I choose you and not some agency?

Great question – here’s why:

I have the privilege that 7+ years of practice, research, conversations with small and large clients and dance centers have led me to 3 conclusions about how most agencies in the world  work with dance schools:

HIGH NUMBER OF LOW QUALITY INQUIRIES – Agencies advertise free classes in the foreground, but this only brings in people who cannot afford your service. And then you have to deal with those people.

“NO PRICE AT ALL IN ADS” – Many agencies sell your lessons and classes in a way that people don’t buy. Knowing the intro price or the monthly group classes price is the MOST NORMAL thing in our life.You need to see results as soon as possible because you have to pay for the dance studio, the staff and the taxes, and not allowing any pricing info on your ads is usually a deal breaker if you don’t have a good reason for that!

AUTOMATIC “REMINDER” – Agencies will use automatic exchange of text messages, emails and calendars to remind everyone to “come to your dance classes”. The point is not to annoyingly persuade people, but to tell a story in which they recognize dance as their truth in solving problems – be it health or entertainment.

And that means you will be selling to someone who doesn’t want to buy.

This is why I think there is room for change. For something better.

And look, I’m not saying I’m the holy king of the “Dance Marketing Repair Kingdom.”

All I’m saying is that if I can change our dance world and dance industry for the better, I will.

How much should my monthly ad spend be?

This really depends on your location which determines the cost of advertising.

For example, the median cost of advertising on Google in the US is 3.6$ for a click. 

In Italy and most European countries it’s at 1.5€.

Therefore, USA / Canada / UAE / Australian studios start with 15-30$ per day in ad budget.

European studios can do 10$-20$.

No matter where you’re located, you will see results in the first 1-3 weeks and often times, studios see paying students in the first month.

Do we need to sign a contract?

No, I do not require the signing of a contract.

If you’re getting results – you’ll keep paying me because it’s worth it.

How fast can we start?

Given that you know the price and how everything works.

Our initial conversation on the phone can last 15-20 minutes.

After that, if you want to start working with me, I will send you an invoice and when you pay it, I will start the preparation.

Preparation takes 24-48 hours. (Sometimes it takes a little longer if I need to collect your videos and pictures)

I don’t need 2 weeks or a month to prepare a “strategy”.

How fast can I see the results?

You will certainly see the results already in the first month of cooperation or on the day of people enrolling in your classes.

To really see the long-term potential of this kind of marketing, we should work togheter for a minimum of 3 months.

Making a name for yourself, being a “dance leader” in your area, having steady growth month after month is not something that is achieved overnight.
